What to you should know about working with TargetOmaha Marketing
Who are you?
We are a wholesale screen printer specializing in one and two color corrugated plastic signs. We currently do not have the capability to print digital full color yard signs, but have plans to purchase equipment for such printing in the future.
Do you sell to end users?
Currently yes we do. Most of our “retail” business is done locally to customers we have serviced over the past three years. We are however taking steps to become a strictly trade printer over the next 6-12 months. We assure you even though we do service some retail customers, your customers are your customers. We WILL NOT contact them directly.
Coming from the retail printing side helps us appreciate all you do to service your customers. We truly respect your relationship with them.
What is the easiest way to place an order?
Submit your order through our website. You may also Email or fax a written purchase order to us.
Do you take special requests?
Generally, we will try and accommodate special requests if they work with our current equipment. Just ask and we’ll give it our best shot.
How long will my signs take to print?
Smaller orders of 100 signs or less are typically shipped in 3-4 business days. Orders of 250-500 signs typically ship in 4-6 business days and orders of 1000+ signs can take up to two weeks. We don’t charge for rush orders. If you need an order done fast, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it work. Orders are generally shipped via FedEx/UPS Ground, or LTL Freight from Omaha, Nebraska 68130.
What kind of artwork do you require?
In order to avoid artwork charges, please provide us with vectorized artwork at actual size. Please make sure all fonts are converted to outlines. File types we accept are .ai, .pdf or .eps. We prefer artwork created in Adobe Illustrator CS4 or older.
For best results, “simplify” your vector images. Don’t use clipping masks. Use an offset path instead of a stroke. Separate your colors into layers. Use color trapping by overlapping darker colors about 1/16” over lighter colors. These points are not required to avoid artwork fees, but they will help expedite your order and maintain artwork accuracy.
Be sure to allow for a ½” margin around your artwork. An 18x24” sign for example has an actual print area of 17x23”.
What colors of plastic do you print on?
We only print on white corrugated plastic with the exception of 12x18's & 18x24's.
12x18's and 18x24's can be printed on yellow corrugated plastic for an additional $.12(A) each.
Can you Add a Union Bug to my signs?
Unfortunately we are not a union shop. We do hope to have this ability in the future however.
Can you print halftones or detailed artwork?
Halftones are possible with an additional setup of $70(A) per color. Please contact us for details.
Please note that we use 60 line screens during this production method. Extreme detail is not possible.
Can you print bleeds?
Bleeds are possible; however, they require we print on a larger substrate and trim it down to the artwork size. They are generally costly. Please contact us for a quote if your job requires bleeds.
What are your standard ink colors?
Black, Fire Red, Scarlet, Rhodamine Red, Dark Blue, Reflex Blue, Process Blue, Peacock Blue, Emerald Green, Dark Green, Orange, Brown, Medium Yellow & Purple. An approximate color chart is available here.
What if I need a specific Ink Color?
If you need a specific pantone color, we will mix one for you for $40(A) per color per job. Please see our note about color accuracy.
Do you guarantee quality and color accuracy?
We strive to maintain high standards of accuracy and color matching. It is important to understand the product that is being printed though. These are yard signs. There will always be some variance in color, and image accuracy. If you have a particularly picky client, please speak with us before placing your order or consider doing a proofing run.
What about Over/Under Runs?
We reserve the right to print 5% over/under runs on any order.
How much are “hard copy” proofs?
Proofing runs are manufactured in the same process all of our signs are printed. They are short runs of 3 signs. Proofing runs include up to 2 PMS matched colors. All prices include ground shipping to the lower 48 states.

How much are “soft copy” proofs?
Soft copy, or electronic proofs are provided free of charge per your request. Please make a note on your PO if you would like an electronic proof.
What are your payment terms?
All orders must be paid for in full before production can begin. We accept all major credit cards. If you choose to pre-pay by check, you will enjoy a 1% discount on your order.
